Non-Returnable: Personal care/hygiene items after opening, customized products, gift cards, and clearance/final-sale items.

Damaged/Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. Replacement or refund will be arranged where applicable.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping: We cover shipping for wrong, damaged, or defective items. Change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, provided processing has not started.
